This photo of Elliott Bay was taken from the observation deck of the Seattle Space Needle. The bustling waterfront was calming down for the evening as the setting sun cast a warm, golden glow over the bay. Not only did we get to enjoy this peaceful sunset, but the Space Needle offered great views of downtown Seattle and the distant Mt. Rainier.
